Steps


  1. Sit comfortably, and set a timer for 1 minute.
  2. Look around the room, with a "no" attitude to everything you see. Observe how it feels to reject everything.
  3. Now set the timer for 2 minutes.
  4. Look around the room again, this time with a "yes" attitude to everything you see. Observe how much better it feels to accept everything.
