  1. Set a timer for 2 minutes.
  2. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
  3. Imagine a wall in front of you. When thoughts come into your head, visualise them spray-painted on the wall.
  4. Reflect. Do your thoughts feel less solid? Do you feel more breathing space from your thoughts?
